中国儿童权益保护现状及政策建议

    摘要

    中国作为一个大的发展中国家，地区发展不均衡，儿童权益保护是一个复杂问题。本文从儿童生存权、儿童保护权和儿童发展权三个方面入手，在对我国儿童权益保护所取得的成就、面临的挑战以及保护儿童权益的各项行动和政策进行详细总结的基础上，对完善我国的儿童权益保护制度，确保我国儿童生存、保护和发展权利的实现提出了具体的政策建议。

　　Abstract

　　As a large developing country，China develops unevenly in different regions，where the protection of child rights and interests is a complex problem. Through the detailed summary of the achievements，challenges of children’s rights and interest protection and all practices and policies concerning it in three aspects of children’s rights to survive，to be protected and to develop，this article proposes specific policy recommendations on realizing the protection system of children’s rights，guaranteeing children’s rights of survival，protection and development.
