从“在家上学”到非学校型态实验教育

　　摘要

　　“在家上学”作为一种教育自由选择运动和教育多元化的发展，在世界各国都得到推进。目前在美国已经充分合法化，并有完备的支持系统。在台湾，已经立法将在家上学及各种自组织教育方式纳入教育部非学校型态实验教育，并补助自学高中生，使其享有大学入学资格。在家上学的意义不仅在于重拾家庭教育的功能、推行个性化教育，也对公立学校的各种改革产生了积极的影响。

　　Abstract

　　As the development of free choices of education movement and education diversity，“homeschooling”is promoted in every country of the world. It is legal now in America and has complete supporting system. In Taiwan，there is legislation to involve homeschooling and other types of self-organized education into non-school experimental education of the Ministry of Education. And self-studying senior high school students could get financial subsidy and have the qualification to enter university. Homeschooling does not only means restore the function of family education and promotion of personalized education，but also has positive influence on all kinds of reforms of public schools.
